Warranty & Returns

All warranty and returns are done through our Authorised Retailer network.

In the event of a moderator requiring investigation, moderators should be returned to an Authorised Retailer for initial inspection and assessment, together with proof of purchase and the warranty card completed at time of purchase. The Retailer will ask for some additional details and make initial assessments, providing advice and guidance where required.

For any accuracy related issues, the Retailer will ask you to test the rifle without the moderator fitted to establish if the problem is moderator induced or another part of your setup and we therefore recommend that this is done prior to going to a Retailer and that you provide them with copy targets of grouping with the moderator on and off.
